The Table

by Heather on November 26, 2010

There’s just something about the Thanksgiving table that’s almost sacred…it just HAS to be pretty!  I love the clear glass look…add some candles and you’ve got the most gorgeous light!

See that fireplace in the background?  It’s painted a gold metallic with some sort stenciling…but I want that to change.  What would you do to paint that?  Colors, textures, tiles?  Let me know!

I would do warm earth tones. It’d look really cozy and inviting.

Oh what a pretty setting! It could only be better once there was food on the table and company in the chairs :)
And of course if there was a fire in the fireplace. They are so cozy and house warming!

I think that is a personal taste, but I like earth tone mini tiles of different shades. Something you would find on a backsplash in the kitchen as an accent or in a shower.
