Morning y’all! How’s Saturday treating you?
We are hitting up Winter Park with our good friends David and Emma for one last day of skiing! I finally tried the spinach, egg, and feta wrap from Starbucks and a coffee…I really liked it! Definitely the perfect fuel for a day of hard skiing.
Hope y’all have a wonderful day, and check back for the recap later!
What’s the BEST bowl of pasta you’ve ever had? What was it/what was in it? I gotta say I’ve had a lot of great pasta but a great one was homemade gnocchi with a wild boar ragu… YUM!!!

Have a great day girlie!!!
The best pasta I have ever had was in Gatlinburg, TN at this little hole in the wall Italian restaurant. From what I remember, it was basically just plain spaghetti with tomato sauce but it was AMAZING. Like change-your-life amazing!
This summer, in a tiny town on the Italian riviera, my cousin, Kari, and I ate an amazing bowl of pesto filled ravioli in a sage butter sauce. It was the house specialty, and I may have licked the plate after. I ordered a second one for dessert.
Umm.. I’ve had so many great pasta dishes that it’s almost impossible to choose the best…. BUT I think it had something to do with shrimp. I love pasta with shrimp but because my boyfriend doesn’t like shrimps I rarely make it at home
That’s a hard one. Probably one with shrimp, sundried tomatoes, and mascarpone cheese.
Have fun skiing today!
You’re weekend sounds like fun! Typically in all things food, I’m sort of a plain jane. I don’t usually like a lot of stuff going on, so when I make pasta it’s nothing elaborate, but it sure does taste awesome! I personally love baked ziti with ziti noodles, ground beef, Parmesan and ricotta cheese. But I recently found a recipe that uses sliced zucchini instead of noodles so I’m willing to give it a try!
mmm pasta, the best bowl of pasta was in Rome. It was tortellini, and ravioli and one other thing topped with truffles. SO.GOOD!
