I love love love this kind of meal! I adore lentils but a dal or curry is the best way to eat them. Love the addition of coconut milk. Oh and btw – the fake crying? Wait till you see what they do when they are teens :-D

My little 11 month old son just started fake crying this week. Totally took me by surprise! And yes, I often have to turn my head to chuckle over his sad, silly antics :) As for lentils…I’ve always wanted to try my hand at making them. This sounds like a tasty opportunity!
